When did you start your volunteer group, and how many members do you have now?
We started on September 27, 2024, and currently, we have 114 volunteers.
What motivated you to establish this group?
A sense of responsibility, a desire to serve the community, and to empower and enhance the role of youth in community service.
About the Founders:
A group of young individuals who wanted to assist students and contribute to community service.
The Board of Directors consists of:

What activities and services do you provide?
We offer an educational program in-person in As-Suwayda Governorate and remotely for other regions. This program is based on the principle of "youth teaching youth" and blended learning, combining an educational app with expert trainers.
We also have several upcoming social projects in collaboration with Karama Foundation for Development.
We have also launched our Mathematics Application that is free to use here
Which regions do you operate in?
Currently, only in As-Suwayda Governorate.
What is your motto or philosophy in volunteering? What areas do you primarily focus on?
We believe that volunteering is not limited by age. It is a duty regardless of our abilities. We focus on educational, social, and technical fields.
How can individuals join your group and participate in your activities?
Volunteer applications are currently open here, and will close in April.
Do you offer training or guidance programs for new volunteers?
No.
What are the requirements or skills you look for in volunteers?
Our team is divided into five groups:
- Scientific Team
- Media Team
- Technical Team
- Design Team
- Social Team
The acceptance criteria vary across teams. For the scientific, technical, and design teams, we value expertise and achievements. For the media and social teams, we prioritize enthusiasm, dedication, and responsibility.
We do not consider age, social background, or religious affiliation.
Do you collaborate with other organizations? If so, what is the nature of these partnerships?
Karama Foundation may become a sponsor in the near future. We also collaborate with "Shua’a Initiative," which specializes in training Olympiad students and will assist in training participants in our educational program. We plan to establish additional partnerships soon.
Do you receive any support from governmental or non-governmental organizations (local or international)? If yes, what type of support?
We do not receive any support.
What are the main challenges you face as a volunteer team?
We face financial and logistical challenges and find it difficult to meet with our volunteers from other regions.
How can the public support you? Are there specific ways to donate or contribute?
We welcome sponsors for our activities. The public can support us by promoting our work and increasing our media reach to help us connect with as many beneficiaries as possible.
What are your vision and future plans to expand or develop your activities?
Our educational program will soon cover the following subjects:
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Space Science
- Cybersecurity
We will enhance our training using the Phi Mathematics app and the Phi Sky Space Science app.
In addition, we will carry out social activities such as creating awareness murals, visiting care homes, organizing tree-planting campaigns, and more.
We aim to expand our reach to help as many people as possible.
