  1. Mental Health Service Providers

(a) Free Session Requirement
By registering as a mental health service provider on Nafsani.org, you acknowledge that you voluntarily agree to be assigned cases requiring a minimum of four (4) free sessions as part of your participation on the platform. This is a condition of registration and does not establish an employment relationship between you and Nafsani.org.

(b) Verification & Compliance
To complete your registration, you must provide all mandatory verification documents as required by Nafsani.org. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your qualifications, licensing, and practice comply with all applicable local and international mental health regulations.

(c) Ethical & Professional Standards
You must adhere to professional mental health ethics and global standards, including but not limited to:

  • Providing accurate, evidence-based information;
  • Maintaining professional boundaries with clients;
  • Ensuring cultural sensitivity and ethical practice.

Any violation of ethical standards, misconduct, or misinformation may result in immediate removal from the platform at Nafsani.org’s sole discretion.

(d) Liability Disclaimer
Nafsani.org is a facilitator and does not supervise, regulate, or guarantee the quality, effectiveness, or outcomes of services provided by mental health professionals on the platform. Nafsani.org shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, damages, or losses arising from provider-patient interactions.

(e) Confidentiality & Data Protection
Providers are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of patient information and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning data protection, including but not limited to HIPAA (where applicable), GDPR, and local privacy laws.

(f) Provider Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nafsani.org, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees and court costs) arising from:

  1. Your professional services, advice, or treatment provided through the platform, including any claims of malpractice, negligence, or patient harm;
  2. Your failure to comply with applicable licensing, regulatory, or ethical standards in your jurisdiction;
  3. Any violation of patient confidentiality, data protection laws, or privacy obligations committed by you;
  4. Any disputes between you and a patient or third party arising from services rendered through the platform.

Nafsani.org reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense.

Users engage with providers at their own risk, and Nafsani.org assumes no liability for the quality, effectiveness, or outcomes of services received.

 

  1. Volunteering with Nafsani 

You must complete the registration form truthfully. Nafsani reserves the right to request additional information for verification.

You are expected to act respectfully and professionally when representing Nafsani.

Any inappropriate behaviour or violation of guidelines will result in removal from the platform.
